This maternity management program helps members have the healthiest pregnancy possible. Bright Start Care Coordinators can help members find a provider, schedule prenatal and postpartum visits, get food for their babies, and more.

This texting program for pregnant members helps you with messages every week of your pregnancy. It continues through the first three weeks after your baby is born. You will get info and resources to help you have a safe, full-term pregnancy.

This free program provides home-delivered meals to eligible members. You may be eligible for this program if you:

• Experience food insecurity.
• Have recently been discharged from the hospital.
• Have a history of diabetes or heart failure.
• Are a high-risk pregnant woman with health issues that may be helped with proper nutrition.

The Delaware Blue Coats Open Gym Series, presented by AmeriHealth Caritas Delaware, provides a safe place for children ages 12 and younger to play basketball. These no-cost events are hosted at the Blue Coats' home court at the Chase Fieldhouse in Wilmington. Participants will receive drill instructions from Blue Coats personnel. The program also features guest speakers from the Blue Coats, the Philadelphia 76ers organization, and Delaware community leaders.

All participants will get an Open Gym T-shirt and tickets to a Blue Coats home game. The program runs biweekly. Visit the jr76ers website for updated event information or to learn more.

This program uses basketball to teach children and families how to manage asthma and related health issues. Healthy Hoops is for children ages 3 to 18. It helps children learn healthy behaviors to take charge of their health.
